Have a funny taste in my month, and weried stomach pain in my belly and lightheaded.tired ? what the cause? i had my early period

Taste/stomach pain: Sound like you may have GERD/ reflux with or without H pylori.( need testing) The dizziness is from reflux of acid to sinuses . Would elevate head of bed by pillow under mattress when sleeping. Consider ranitidine and prevecid once a day for a month. Since period is early always check HCG as may be implantation and pregnancy is associated with reflux. Also check thyroid. f/u/ w/ doc
