Not always a cause..: These two things could be completely unrelated. You could have gotten a cold, which just happened to hit right after you got your period. Alternatively, do you normally get any symptoms during your menstruation? Bloating, nausea/vomiting, lightheadedness, weakness? Bloody nose could be from vomiting, dry air, etc. Do you have a history of bloody noses? Please answer back. Good luck!
