Change in bowels: Sounds like things are starting to move, which is good. Add fiber to your diet to prevent the constipation (fruits, veggies, whole grains). If pain worsens or if you get fevers or bloody stools, go see a doctor. But if you haven't gone for a week, there will be a lot of stool for you to get out. You may have some cramping while that happens. Stay hydrated with water. Avoid cow's milk, carbonation.
