Short answer is No: The differential diagnosis for rash or lesions involve with hands are possible with several diagnosis. To name a few Rocky Mountain spotted fever, sphyllis, drug reaction, psoriasis, antisynthetase syndrome, vasculitis, dermatomyositis, lupus, etc. you should get it checked out by your PCP first with possible skin biopsy and refer to a subspecialists, dermatologist or rheumatologist, as needed.
