PCOS: The issue with PCOS is that ovulation may not be occurring. Duphaston (Progesterone) can be used to trigger a menstrual cycle but it is not known to trigger ovulation. Consider getting tested for ovulation if your periods are irregular. Then consider a medication that promotes ovulation such as Clomid (clomiphene).
