"Duphaston" is usually prescribed to treat progesterone deficiencies which can inhibit pregnancy. If your period is delayed, obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy, but ovulation delays can occur which delay the onset of menstruation, and pregnancy may not have occurred. See a fertility expert for advice and treatment.
