Bowel movements: Normal frequency of bowel movements varies greatly, ranging from several times a day to once a week or so. Most important is that your stool is reasonably formed (not liquid) and that you shouldn't have to push or strain. Years of pushing & straining can lead to diverticulosis, even hemorrhoids & fissures. Drink plenty of fluids, eat plenty of fiber & exercise regularly to avoid constipation.

No problem there.: There's no problem with not having a bowel movement every single day of your life. Truth be told, "normal" bowel habits can have bowel movements happening up to once weekly. So there's no problem with not having a bowel movement every day, if this is just your normal pattern.
