Over the counter: There are lots of great over the counter options to help, and remember, congestion does not mean you have an infection. Saline rinse, a decongestant, antihistamine and even a steroid nasal spray can all offer great help. You should discuss any of these with your doctor or pharmacist to be sure none of these are contraindicated in your particular case.
