Strong NSAID: That's an uncommon anti-inflammatory medication. We normally start off with ibuprofen and perhaps a muscle relaxer. I would not try to self diagnose things like sciatica as there may be more concerning symptoms that you're not aware of. The first step would be to see your family doctor and make sure that you're not having more serious problems.
