Need a physical exam: You should have a doctor examine it. Could be several things, but with persistent pain you should get it checked out. The size difference could be due to swelling, or some sort of mass.

Not sciatica: Sciatica is rare in young women. It does not cause a difference in the SIZE of the legs. Pain of sciatic usually radiates down the leg below the knee. For these reasons, your problem does not sound like sciatica.
