I have a white spot on my caruncle on my left eye. what could it be?

Photo/exam: It is difficult to say without a examination. What you see may be normally occurring sebaceous glands, cysts, hairs, mucous, concretions. Most lesions are benign and rarely malignant. Have a checkup by an Eye MD.
