Unclear: Are you saying you HAVE an enlarged pituitary, somehow related to IBS, or you're just worried about one? If the latter, please repost and explain the relationship to IBS - your post is very unclear re that - and also what led you to jump to "enlarged pituitary" from "head pressure."
