Not too worried: I am not too worried because the total combinations of the product are not aggressive but I would monitor the child for at least 24hrs etc but if you want/wish to have more clarification or to have the child checked out I would take them to their primary MD not the dentist. If this was a full tube of fluoridated toothpaste I would be more concerned. No worries

Right!: Call the poison control center directly or take her to the nearest emergency department. It is unclear how big the tube is or when she ingested. I am not familiar with Dentinox but if active ingredient is lidocaine please be aware that its use in children less than 3 is discouraged by the American Academy of Pediatrics. Take care and take prompt action.

Dentinox: Dentinox Teething Gel is available in U.K., not in U.S., so I can't advise as to content. Call Poison Control Center or take your child to Emergency Services immediately. Take the tube with you. Better to be prudently cautious, so go now.
