Heart attack although very uncommon in your age is unlikely, is possible as is angina especially w factor V Leiden dz. Pregnancy is a state of increased clotting as is factor V Leiden dz, even on Clexane (enoxeparin), with the preg & Factor V dz a pulmonary embolus (clot) is a big concern & needs to be checked for!
