Milk 13 Weeks Later: Milk on expression (squeezing the nipple) is normal 13 weeks after giving birth even if you did not breastfeed. Do not continue to squeeze the nipple or you might produce even more milk. If milk begins to drain out of one of both breasts on its own, without expression, then you should see your doctor who will order some blood tests and perform a breast exam.
