Patience: Most pharmacies check their prescription entry point hourly - after all that is how they make money. If the prescription has not arrived, then perhaps the doctor mistakenly sent it to a different Walgreens or even another pharmacy such as Walmart. Have your doctor send another and be sure to give him the correct phone number. for the transfer.
