Hard to tell: Hard to tell without better history of why you were on the spasmex to begin with? An unusual drug for a 19 year old female to be on. Ask doctor who originally prescribed please.

Maybe...: Clinically and apparently, you have been treated for unstable bladder with frequency &/or urgency. Now, if feeling comfortable in voiding without it, you may discontinue it. If recurring and having been effective with it, you may resume its use. Of course, it is good idea to know what may be your underlying cause for unstable bladder. More? Seek re-evaluation & counseling.
