Maybe, maybe not.: The best way to determine if you have bipolar or something else is to have an evaluation by a mental health provider. If you’re concerned about something, please have an evaluation with a psychiatrist or a psychologist for appropriate evaluation, where your diagnosis can be clarified and proper treatment may be implemented.
