I have a cyst in my right kidney dimension 1 litre or 12 cm diameter. i also have low back pain due to 2 damaged discs. my questions are: 1 - does the cyst impact the back pain negatively? 2 - should i have the cyst removed? any surgery risk?

Hard to say-maybe: That's an impressive sized cyst in the kidney & may be big enough to refer pain itself to the back.
