Yes: Prior to taking fertility pills, I would get a work up of possible causes of infertility. It can range from semen issues, to structural issues (fibroids etc) to ovulatory dysfunction. Fertility pills will only help if everything else is negative and you have a partner that has a normal semen evaluation. Best wishes Dr M
