Would not worry: About tingly nipples and fleeting sensations. Sometimes your hormones will cause odd sensations with the nervous system, or viral infections can affect local nerves. Wait for it to go away. If it does not, make sure to examine your own breast to make sure there is no new lump that could be causing it. Or tender spots due to bacterial infections. But it is most likely not emergent.
