Keep looking: Definitely not a normal complaint and diagnosis must be made. If your MRI of your lumbar spine is normal, it may be coming from your brain, your cervical, or your thoracic spine. It can be from a structural abnormality, which can be seen on an MRI, but it can also be caused by nonstructiral, neurological conditions as well.
