Hard to say: The pill works by making your body think you are already pregnant by keeping a steady level of hormone in your system,saving you eggs for later.At the same time your uterus builds and then looses the support tissue that becomes menses.If you stop the pill, you would ovulate at some point but the timing might be wrong for the uterus/conception.Most docs qute 6 mo trying as an average to get pg.
