Hard seat trauma: A hard seat and/or a minimal soft tissue mass between skin and pelvis can allow for increased pressure between a hard bike seat and urinary tract causing pressure, pain, and bleeding. If the pain and bleeding does not clear in a day or so, you should be seen by your primary care physician.
