Pelvic infection?: This sounds like some sort of pelvic or lower abdominal inflammation or infection. Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID, fallopian tube infection) is possible, especially if at risk for STD. Perhaps diverticulitis, endometritis, endometriosis, ectopic pregnancy, and others. It could be serious; see a doctor soon. Good luck.
