I just had a c section about two weeks ago. i'm having really bad cramps, and a sharp pain on my right side. could it be appendicitis?

Typically not: Usually appendicitis presents with right sided pain, loss of appetite and some times fever. It's most likely associated with increasing your daily activities, healing from your surgery, your uterus getting smaller or suture tugging. Contact your physician and try to get an appointment for early next week. Take meds as prescribed. If you get fever, chills, persistent vomiting worse pain- SEE DOC!
