A member asked:

For instance if your blood sugar levels are spiked, what does it physically feel like?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Levels don't "spike": Blood glucose levels don't suddenly change or "spike" unless you have severe Insulin resistance and obesity or have already developed diabetes. Then you feel fatigue, frequent urination, thirst, visual blurring, etc.
