FPIES: This could represent Food Protein Induced Enterocolitis Syndrome (FPIES). Classic symptoms include profound vomiting, diarrhea, and dehydration. These symptoms can lead to severe lethargy, change in body temperature and blood pressure. Most often there are specific triggering foods. Do not give sweet potatoes, and I would suggest introducing 1 new food every 5 days to determine if other triggers
