Rectal temp: Your temperature reading sounds inaccurate. If you use a good thermometer and take a rectal temperature, and if it is still low, go to the er immediately - there are possibilities like e.Coli sepsis. You don't say if she is in pain, or how many bowel movements she has had. Hydrate her and take to er if she can't tolerate liquids. She needs hydration. Check that temp again;go to er if abnormal.
