I took amoxicillin 500 and motrin 800 about an hour and a half ago the pain hasn't subsides. can i take an advil (ibuprofen) pm ?

Yes: Although it Motrin and Advil PM contain the same ingredient, it is not enough to do any damage. However you could get some feelings of an upset stomach. An option would be to just take Benadryl (diphenhydramine) alone which is the the PM component of Advil PM
