Yes: There is no interaction between amoxicillin and ibuprofen, so she can take both. The more important question is why she is taking the amoxicillin and whether we should expect her fever to be gone by now. Most children with bacterial infections that are treated with amoxicillin should have their fevers subside within 2-3 days of starting the antibiotic.
