What can be done to go about getting help for anxiety disorder?

Overwhelming thought: Too many thoughts that are unprocessed that occur too quickly without keeping a running inventory over things the patient does and does not have control over.

1st see your doctor: You can first see your doctor about your anxiety, so s/he can review your overall health. S/he may also have some good referral sources for psychologists and psychiatrists to work with. You may or may not need medications, as talk therapies can be very effective. You can also check your insurance web site, listing professionals on their panel. Also search via http://www.Psychologytoday.Com/.
