Increased risk: of birth defects and miscarriage in the last trimester when patients have taken Aleve (naproxen). Most medications commonly used in pregnancy have insufficient data to know fetal risks. I recommend not taking it at all during pregnancy if possible. Check with your doctor for alternative treatments based on your symptoms and diagnosis. Drink lots of water, especially in your last trimester & while nursing!
