Sweats: Do you have fever or shaking chills as well? If not the sweats could be due to an overactive thyroid, excessively warm environment or over dressing, infection even without fever, lymphoma or other malignancy, or anxiety. Check your temperature and see your physician who will take a thorough history, perform a complete physical examination and order appropriate tests.

Check blood tests: For things like thyroid and diabetes. Sweating is either a hormonal problem or an electrolyte problem. You are not telling me that you are exercising a lot to cause appropriate sweating, so we can assume that you are doing this without obvious cause. Go see a healthcare provider for proper testing and diagnosis.
