Variable: Classic heart attack symptoms include chest pain which may be squeezing, pressure, or aching; difficulty breathing; sweating; nausea; palpitations. Sometimes the discomfort is felt in the neck, jaw, or arms. If these symptoms are worsened when more demand is placed on the heart (like exercise), should be evaluated right away in emergency room.
