Chest pain, SOB, and: Typical heart-attack symptoms: relatively rapid onset of deep sternal chest pain(can radiate to neck/arm/back), short of breath, sweating etc.. Worse with exertion. If you are young and having pain for more than a couple of days, without relation to physical activities..Your symptoms could be from inflammation in the joints between breastbone and ribs (costochndritis). Consult doc. Good luck.
