Heart Attack in Male: These symptoms are for a man. Women having heart attacks present with different symptoms sometimes. But, chest pain is key. Associated with this is numbness, tingling sensations into the left arm and teeth. There is often full body sweating and nausea. Chest pain, SOB, and: Typical heart-attack symptoms: relatively rapid onset of deep sternal chest pain(can radiate to neck/arm/back), short of breath, sweating etc.. Worse with exertion. If you are young and having pain for more than a couple of days, without relation to physical activities..Your symptoms could be from inflammation in the joints between breastbone and ribs (costochndritis).
