MI women: Good question! wished i could say there was a precise and definite symptom...There isn't. Symptoms of mi in women tend to be nonspecific and range from shortness of breath, dizziness, fatigue, upset stomach , neck pain, to overall malaise. When in doubt... Please see a doctor as soon as possible. You got one chance... Only one!
