Multifactorial: At your age.... Hormone is a factor. Can take antibiotic for few months, use local application of ant, retinoid etc. This needs full evaluation and coordinated treatment......At your age. Indoor pets, constipation, bc pills, certain medications play role so also some dietary habits.
