Possible: This depends on level of contact.For that germ, just being around them and or coming in contact does not pass the germ.You need to have contact with their oral mucous in some form. If you kiss/share drinks/ or they slobber all over the room and you fail to wash hands after touching something they contaminate, you might be exposed.Regular hand washing/sanitizing can help you avoid illness.
