Rash under breast: Without seeing the rash and more information its hard to diagnose a rash but commonly women get candida or yeast infections under their breasts especially women with large pendulous breasts and with certain medical conditions - diabetes - I would try gold bond medicated powder or powders used to treat athletes foot fungus. The fluid is simply skin irritation Good luck
