Yeast: This sounds like a yeast infection, tinea corporis. Best is to use some over the counter antifungal cream and keep the area under the breasts as dry as possible. You can apply the cream and then after a shower, you can pat dry and apply some antifungal powder. Should clear up in a couple of days.
