Genital warts?: First, there are skin bumps other than warts, so be sure the diagnosis is correct. Second, you can't tell if your partner has had HPV; there is no test that shows for sure if someone is or isn't infected. (If the other person has had even one other sex partner, s/he could be infected.) Even if you have genital warts, no big deal: it's not serious, easily treated, will clear up.
