Normal PMS: These sound like normal premenstrual symptoms. The nerve roots from your uterus join nerve roots from your legs as they enter the spinal cord. Sometimes the brain thinks the impulses are coming from the legs instead of the uterus. As the uterus prepares to expel blood there can be some muscle cramping causing abdominal pain. The hormonal changes can make the nipples/breasts more sensitive.
