Possible: It's very likely that your symptoms are due to strain and overuse of muscles rather than rhabdomyolysis unless you note unequivocal signs of kidney dysfunction like dark urine and very little urine output. There are blood and urine tests which can be done to diagnose rhabdo if you note such symptoms. If you have any doubts discuss this with your physician.
