Belly Button Pain: If the pain is at the belly button and within the skin or slightly deeper, it can probably wait until your doctor's appointment. However, if you have pain within the abdomen, fever, vomiting or other concerns, a trip to the ED wouldn't be a bad idea. Common problems here include granulomas, minor infections and cysts.
