I have a constant burning pain at the top of my belly button. it hurts when pushed on or if i lay on it. if i stretch my stomache by stretching the pain gets worse. what could be causing this? should i go to a doctor?

Umbilical pain: Mya be from reflux/esophagitis which famotidine/ omeprazole may help or may be hernia- does you navel( belly button )stick out? Or from pancreas, MD can check lipase /amylase ( blood work) May also be cyst . Would follow up with MD
