Light periods: Lucky you! Women around the world reading this are envious. If this is your cycle, this is your cycle, and nothing to worry about. If you take contraceptives (pills, IUD, implant), that may also be making the periods lighter than average. But, just because they are light, doesn't mean there's a problem.

Normal !: The duration and flow of menses is variable between women. Regular menses are indicative of ovulatory cycles.
