Could be infected: Pimples can commonly occur on the buttocks. They have the possibility of becoming infected inflamed or can develop into a larger cyst or abscess. This can cause uncomfortable symptoms. I would recommend having this evaluated by a dermatologist. In the mean time, I recommend keeping the area clean with antibacterial or benzoyl peroxide wash
