Yes: A 28 year old female would like to know if it is safe to take "benadryl (diphenhydramine) and pretnizone together." I am assuming you mean prednisone. Prednisone is a an oral steroid and benadryl (diphenhydramine) is an anthistamine. They have different effects and are safe to take together. However, remember that benadryl (diphenhydramine) can make you sleepy.
