Pelvic pain: No there is nothing wrong with you. Frequent heavy periods cause pelvic congestion syndrome and it manifests as pelvic pain. But if you have not seen a Gynae recently, this is a good excuse to go and get a PAP smear and pelvic exam, and your symptoms can be taken away by a short course (3-6mo) of the OCP.
